How do I enroll?
To start, navigate to the Online Banking login box in the upper right-hand corner of
our home page and click “Enroll”. From the login box, click “Don’t have an account?” Enroll.
- If you’re using a mobile device, download our new Mobile Banking app (see app links below) and tap “Enroll”.
- NOTE: To enroll in Mobile Banking, you must first download our new app.
How do I establish my identity?
- Enter your full nine-digit Social Security number (SSN), your account number and your date of birth. Click Continue.
- Confirm your contact information for verification. Click Continue
How do I create my username?
You can use the same username that you used before, as long as it meets the
following criteria:
- It must be at least 5 characters long and can be up to 20 characters.
- It must NOT contain your member number, your social security number, or your birth date.
How do I create my password?
You can use the same password that you used before, as long as it meets the
following criteria:
- It must be at least 8 characters long and can be up to 20 characters.
- It must NOT contain your birth date, member number, social security number, or username.
- It must also contain:
- At least one lowercase letter (a through z)
- At least one uppercase letter (A through Z)
- At least one number
- At least one special character.
NOTE: St. Lawrence Federal Credit Union advises all our membership to use passphrases instead of passwords. Instead of “P@ssword123!” we advise using a phrase that is easy to remember and meets the above requirements such as “Thecreditunionis#1!!” Click Continue.
Don't forget to review your information
- Click “Read the Terms and Conditions.” then if you agree to the terms, click “Accept”.
- Check the box to acknowledge you’ve read the Terms and Conditions.
- Click Confirm and Enroll
Congratulations! You will receive an email with verification instructions to complete the enrollment process. Click the email verification link to complete enrollment.
The final steps for your enrollment
- Once you have successfully verified your email, click “return to login” and enter your new username and password. Click Sign in.
- For your security, we need to send a PIN code to verify your identity. Select how you want to receive the PIN code—via the email you used to enroll or SMS text. Enter the PIN code. Click Submit. That’s it!
